Horrifying Details About Abortion and Fetal Harvesting

 I am warning anyone who reads this entry, that the information below will be extremely disturbing to many, horrifying to others, and unconscionable to all! 

While grossly disturbing, I feel it is essential for this information to go out because the MSM, Bbig Tech and their Democrat allies and Dem voters will never cover this.

The following information was obtained by Governmental watchdog group, Judicial Watch, through Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests, as well as additional litigation when the stated requests were not fulfilled...

Judicial Watch has uncovered more documents detailing the evil activities of your federal government – the trafficking of the remains of unborn human beings killed by abortion.

We received another 198 pages of records and communications from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) involving “humanized mice” research with human fetal heads, organs and tissue, including communications and contracts with human fetal tissue provider Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR).

Most of the records are communications and related attachments between Perrin Larton, a procurement manager for ABR, and research veterinary medical officer Dr. Kristina Howard of the FDA.

We received the records through a March 2019 FOIA lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, of which the FDA is a part (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department Health and Human Services (No. 1:19-cv-00876)).

Our lawsuit asks for all contracts and related documentation on disbursement of funds, procedural documents and communications between FDA and ABR for the provision of human fetal tissue to be used in humanized mice research. After we successfully opposed the FDA’s redaction of certain information from its records, a federal court ordered HHS to release additional information about its purchases of organs harvested from aborted human fetuses – including “line item prices,” or the price per organ the government paid to ABR. The court also found “there is reason to question” whether the transactions violate federal law barring the sale of fetal organs. Documents previously uncovered in this lawsuit show that the federal government demanded the purchased fetal organs be “fresh and never frozen.”)

The records include an FDA generated contract with ABR, based on a “requisition” it issued on July 27, 2012, for $12,000 worth of “tissue procurement for humanized mice,” which indicates the requisition was for a “non-competitive award.” Although the initial award was for $12,000, the total estimated amount of funds allocated for the requisition was $60,000. Under “Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition,” the FDA writes:

Scientists within the FDA and in the larger field of humanized mouse research have searched extensively over the past several years, and ABR is the only company in the U.S. capable of supplying tissues suitable for HM research. No other company or organization is capable of fulfilling the need.

Costs are estimated [for the fetal parts] at $230 per tissue x two tissues per shipment = $460 plus $95 shipping = $555 per shipment. A total of 21 shipments = $11,655.00.

An April 1, 2013, “Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract” form that shows the FDA purchased fetal livers and thymuses from ABR going back to at least October 2012, billing $580 per liver/thymus set, but later paying a unit price of $685.

A January 1, 2013, “Fees for Services Schedule” provided by ABR to the FDA includes:

The fees for services schedule also includes “Special Processing/Preservation” of the fetal parts, such as “Tissue ‘Cleaning,’” “Snap freezing,” and “Passive freezing (Dry ice).”

In a September 9, 2014, “Order for Supplies or Services,” the FDA writes regarding a $9,900 order:

The Contractors shall ship 2nd Trimester thymus $325, 2nd Trimester liver $325. Overnight deliver $150 and EFT wire transfer fee $25, for a total per delivery of $825. Total of this contract not to exceed $9,900.00.
 

As the result of an August 21, 2015, “Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract,” ABR bumped up the price of baby livers and thymuses from $325 each to $340 each.

A “Tissue Acquisition Quote” sent by ABR to Howard on July 5, 2017, provided a quote of $5,440 each to provide 16 sets of second trimester (16-24 weeks) livers and 16 sets of second trimester (16-24 weeks) thymuses at $340 per “sample.” The request for the quote notes that “tissue known to be positive for HIV, HepA, HepB, HepC or chromosomal abnormalities are not acceptable.”

On June 28, 2017, a redacted FDA contract specialist sends Larton at ABR a request for a quote (RFQ) of pricing for human fetal tissue, aged “16-24 weeks,” including a “Statement of Needs”:

The HM [humanized mice] are created by surgical implantations of human tissue into mice that have multiple genetic mutations that block the development of the mouse immune system at a very early stage. The absence of the mouse immune system allows the human tissues to grow and develop into functional human tissues…. In order for the humanization to proceed correctly we need to obtain fetal tissue with a specific set of specialized characteristics.
 

A May 2018, report from a company named “LABS,” which was employed by ABR to test fetal parts and their mothers for hepatitis and HIV, notes in its “methodology description” that they are approved by the FDA “for living and cadaveric donor screening.”

The records include a recitation of requirements by the FDA for “Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer,” in which ABR must adhere to regulations relating to “Convict Labor” and “Child Labor-Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies.”

On September 24, 2018, the Trump FDA terminated its contract with ABR for human tissue purchases and began an audit of its acquisitions of baby body parts. The records include the FDA’s letter terminating the contract:

Based on the terms and conditions of the Purchase Order as awarded to Advanced Bioscience Resources, Inc. ("ABR") on July 27, 2018, the Government is not sufficiently assured that the human tissue provided to the Government to humanize the immune systems of mice will comply with the prohibitions set forth under 42 U.S.C. § 289g- 2. Furthermore, the Government has concerns with the sufficiency of the sole-source justification. Therefore, pursuant to FAR [Federal Acquisition Regulation] clause 52.213-4(f), the Purchase Order is being terminated effective September 24, 2018.
 

Here’s some background.

In February 2020, we first uncovered through this lawsuit hundreds of pages of records from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) showing that the agency paid thousands of dollars to a California-based firm to purchase organs from aborted human fetuses to create “humanized mice” for HIV research.

In May 2021, this lawsuit uncovered FDA records showing the agency spent tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars to buy human fetal tissue from ABR. The tissue was used in creating “humanized mice” to test “biologic drug products.” The records indicated the FDA wanted tissue purchases “Fresh; shipped on wet ice.”

On August 3, 2021, we announced that The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) and Judicial Watch, through a separate lawsuit, received 252 pages of new documents from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that reveal nearly $3 million in federal funds were spent on the University of Pittsburgh’s quest to become a “Tissue Hub” for human fetal tissue ranging from 6 to 42 weeks’ gestation. The Pitt scientists note that, “All fetal tissue is collected through a collaborative process including Family Planning, Obstetrics and Pathology.” Pitt anticipated “being able to harvest and distribute quality tissue and cells … [and] do not anticipate any major problems related to the acquisition and distribution of the tissues.” Pitt’s target goal “is to have available a minimum of 5 cases (tissues and if possible other biologicals) per week of gestational age for ages 6-42 weeks.”

Chopping up aborted human beings for their organs and tissue is a moral and legal outrage. This issue should be front and center in any debate about America’s barbaric abortion industry.

It Makes No Sense!

 The messaging coming out of the White House makes no sense whatsoever!

First off, Biden did NOT have any plan to combat the pandemic. That much was obvious when his pre-election team told reporters that they'd have to wait until after Biden was elected in order to know the plan. And guess what...No Plan!

Then, Biden returns fired Doctor Fauci to the WH Advisory Board. This was always a confusing choice because President Trump fired Fauci for a reason; so why was Biden reinstating him? 

When the vaccine was finally available for mass inoculations, I had to wait and hear the recommendation from my Transplant Team as to whether or not I'd need to take it. After my wife received her vaccine, it was my turn. I had my first injection of the Transplant Team recommended Pfizer vaccine in mid-May. The side effects for me lasted about two weeks, and included fever, specifically centered headaches, fuzzy vision, extreme lethargy and a very poor appetite.

My second dosage was given on 15 June. The worst side effects from this lasted over three weeks, and to this day--three months later, I STILL have one or two side effects that happen every day, and at differing times. They can stop at any time! I am seriously considering NOT getting a booster because of the severity of the side effects, as well as the lingering of them, too. Because frankly, this is ridiculous.

Anyhow, as a transplant patient, I had no choice but to get the vaccine (as well as my entire family), because if I get the Wuhan Virus, it will kill me because of my repressed immune system that is inherent with any transplant.

Had I been healthy, there is no way I would get the vaccine because my natural immune system was incredible. I got a cold about every three years, and the flu about every twelve years. A lifetime of exercise--up until my kidney issues--certainly bolstered my immunity to many things.

So, on to the point of this blog entry.

At first were were encouraged to hunker down in place for two weeks in order to "Slow the Spread, or Flatten the Curve." That made sense.

Then we were told to wear masks in public, and to social distance. For me this was no big deal as I have essentially been doing this ever since my transplant in 2017. For everyone else, it was a pain in the butt.   Unfortunately, excepting the continued CDC droning messages, we would later find out that neither masking nor social distancing were at all effective methods of protecting ourselves.

During the Presidential Election cycle, every Democrat politician stated that no one could make you take a vaccine if you chose not to. But once Biden was Inaugurated, these same politicians began telling US citizens that they needed to take the vaccine; and are now demanding that all Americans get it.

Next, we find out that the Wuhan Virus--its proper name since that is where it originated--was likely a manufactured virus, which means that nothing is certain as manufactured viruses have a tendency to not follow the natural progression of mutations. Additionally, we just found out that, despite his numerous and incensed vehement denials in front of Congress, Dr. Fauci DID IN FACT help fund the research that developed this virus.

Next, the MSM began labeling Americans who did not want the vaccine as terrorists, hateful, anti-science, anti-life, selfish, blah, blah, blah. 

Soon after, our Democrat politicians began using the same terms for those who choose not to inject themselves with the vaccine. They pressured schools, cities, parks and other entities to separate students and people between vaccinated and unvaccinated. Social media vitriol became hateful and tense against the unvaccinated, and remains so to this day.

Then, the White House admitted that, while trying to force the vaccine on Americans, it is releasing the hordes of illegal aliens storming across our Southern border without being sure they are tested or vaccinated...and without explanation of any sort!

Now, President Biden is attempting to force companies with 100+ employees to require vaccinations, or force employees to do at least one weekly virus testing. Plus, now we are being told that we must continue to social distance--despite the actual science--and wear masks to protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated.

Did you catch that?

Those of us who are vaccinated must wear a mask to protect us from those who are not!  

WHAT? 

That makes no sense whatsoever!!!

If we have taken the vaccine, then we are immune from the most serious effects of the Wuhan Virus. WHY should we still need protection from the unvaccinated? How could we possibly still be in danger from a virus that we now have immunity against?

Again, this makes no sense whatsoever!

This has all the appearances of an exercise in control, with our "leaders" in DC being unaccountable for their illegal, unethical mandates and actions.

I don't know how many different news sources you personally utilize, but, thanks to the internet, I gather information from news sources across the globe in order to get the best picture of events, issues and other things of great import.        

I've read and heard numerous reports that China is pressuring governments across the globe to use the pandemic as a human petrie dish, of sorts, in order to conduct a massive experiment of human control in order to create a possible single entity of government that is controlled by China, which will also replace the US Dollar as the predominant world wide business currency. This pressure comes from the fact that China has bought much of the world-wide government debt (the US included), and uses the threat of immediate demanded repayment, AND international trade pressure, to help them in their quest to dominate the world.

Now, I'm not saying that this is all fact; but when enough free sources corroborate the same basic information, you know there is at least some credibility to the allegations. How much of it is in fact credible, I don't know. But it is no secret that Chinese Premier Xi is hell-bent on world domination, and he needs Western Powers, and especially the United States, to get out of his way.

We also know that President Biden is morally and ethically compromised via his pay-for-play scheme that is enacted by his son, Hunter. We also know that Biden has personally met with high-ranking Chinese officials before he was elected President.

We know that, despite the MSM and Democrat claims, there are still serious questions regarding the 2020 Election. When Biden stated, "We have the largest election fraud organization in history" during the campaign, his staffers quickly put out a press releasing stating that Biden simply misspoke. However, knowing Biden's serious cognitive decline, you have to wonder if this was indeed a mere misstatement, or the truth leaking out during a lapse of cognitive control.

I am not a conspiracy nut by any stretch. I am simply trying to connect the dots. And I freely admit that I may be way, way off base. But the patterns that we see in hindsight, as well as those that are emerging raise serious questions that are not being answered because the MSM and Big Tech are working hard to suppress truth and free speech.

Again, WHY would we be required to continue to wear masks if we are vaccinated? How could the unvaccinated possible be a danger to the rest of us?

And please don't say, "The Delta variant," because every disease has mutations that might or might not be controlled. That does not mean that we live in fear. We can live cautiously...but not in fear. 

Unfortunately, the President, Democratic politicians, the MSM and Big Tech all seem intent on keeping us afraid. 

WHY?

Let's hope we figure that out before the United States is set on an irreversible course towards self-destruction.

Democrats Use Bigoted Attacks Against California Gubernatorial Candidate Larry Elder

 I looks like the Democrats have turned against the very things they claim to oppose: Racism, Bigotry and Hatred. 

Why do I say this? Because in the California Gubernatorial Recall Election that is happening now, incumbent Gavin Newsome is up for recall because of his disastrous handling of the pandemic and the crushing effects his authoritarian policies have had on the State economy, education and populace. Plus, his open hypocrisy on numerous issues that are well documented has Californians livid.

So, enter Conservative talk show host Larry Elder, a man born and raised in South Central Los Angeles who has risen above his birth circumstances, became educated and successful in business. Now, Elder wants to be Governor, and the Democrats hate him for it.

From the Washington Examiner, an admittedly Conservative leaning publication, comes the following article regarding the recent attacks on Elder by the Democratic Party who are desperate to keep Newsome (and his disastrously failed policies) in Office.

Democrats Unleash Bigoted Attack on Larry Elder

"The "Sage from South Central" is running for governor of California, and liberal Democrats everywhere are nervous that he could win.

Elder is polling well and could pull off an upset to unseat Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom. So, Democrats are unleashing a plethora of bigoted rhetoric they would otherwise denounce themselves. We have reached the point that Democrats claim that voting for a wealthy, white, male for governor over a black man from South Central is fighting white supremacy. As per usual, Democrats claim a Republican candidate is inferior by focusing on the color of his skin.

It started with the article “Larry Elder is the Black face of white supremacy” in the Los Angeles Times. Then, it continued with the bastion of racial equality Joy Reid maniacally calling Elder, a black man, a white supremacist. On Labor Day, at a rally for Newsom hosted by the African American Voter Registration, Education, and Participation Project, the latest verbal bigoted tirade against Elder occurred. With Newsom in attendance, California state Sen. Sydney Kamlager accused Elder of being racist toward black people.

“Racism comes in all shapes and sizes, and we’re not stupid,” Kamlager said.

Melina Abdullah, a Marxist who is a professor at California State University, Los Angeles, also labeled Elder as a racist.

“She didn’t say his name, but I will: Larry Elder is a black face on white supremacy,” Abdullah said.

Attacks on skin color are what Democrats claim to be against. They claim to hate such racism, yet they very quickly weaponize it when they think it will benefit them. No one should be surprised by these attacks. It is what Democrats routinely did in similar attacks against Candace Owens, Stacey Dash, Republican Sen. Tim Scott, and Justice Clarence Thomas over the years. Blacks are marginalized victims of a white supremacist American society — unless they disagree with the Democrats' ideology. Then, they are considered racists too.

Democrats realize that challenging a candidate’s policy will not work because it often will reveal how their own policies are disastrous failures. So, they resort to attacking candidates based on their skin color. It used to be that this was only done to white politicians. However, Democrats have "progressed" to the point where now African Americans can be white supremacists.

The Democrats that use these tactics are as bigoted, perhaps even more so, than the people they claim to denounce. However, it is the 21st century, and their despicable hypocrisy must be called out. This is no path to racial equality. This is fearmongering. This is pandering. This is everything Democrats claim to be against yet weaponize when they find it convenient.

Democrats claim to strive for racial diversity, yet in reality, such diversity is actually their biggest fear. They oppose differing opinions. They chastise opposing thoughts. They abhor the diversity of thought while clamoring for a diversity of races.

Suffice to say, Larry Elder is not a racist. He is not a white supremacist either. He is a black Republican that is offering solutions to California’s many problems. Advocating school choice, promoting self-reliance and less dependence on government, opposing radical environmentalism, and getting criminals off the street are not the ideas of white supremacists. They’re the ideas of a compassionate person who wants to save his state. If his ideas were so awful, they would be easy to refute. However, the bigoted attacks deployed by Democrats are used to distract from their own failures.

Elder’s solutions help all Californians. His solutions are being offered as a result of the failures of a state with a Democratic governor and a supermajority in the California State Legislature. Elder’s solutions are designed to reverse Democratic policies that have resulted in the state’s first yearly loss in population. His solutions offer remedies for the state’s exodus by companies. His solutions offer strategies to reverse the state’s housing affordability crisis. His platform offers ideas to combat the COVID-19 pandemic without closing schools, lockdowns, and incessant mask-wearing. None of these are ideas predicated on race. They are ideas developed from rational thought and designed to help all Californians.

With less than a week until the California recall election, expect the bigoted attacks against a black candidate to continue. Democrats are petrified at the possibility of Elder becoming the first black governor in California’s history. And as Democrats have shown, this fear has everything to do with the color of his skin."
