Horrifying Details About Abortion and Fetal Harvesting
I am warning anyone who reads this entry, that the information below will be extremely disturbing to many, horrifying to others, and unconscionable to all!
While grossly disturbing, I feel it is essential for this information to go out because the MSM, Bbig Tech and their Democrat allies and Dem voters will never cover this.
If you wish to proceed, please continue. If not, STOP HERE!
The following information was obtained by Governmental watchdog group, Judicial Watch, through Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests, as well as additional litigation when the stated requests were not fulfilled...
Judicial Watch has uncovered more documents detailing the evil activities of your federal government – the trafficking of the remains of unborn human beings killed by abortion.
We received another 198 pages of records and communications from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) involving “humanized mice” research with human fetal heads, organs and tissue, including communications and contracts with human fetal tissue provider Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR).
Most of the records are communications and related attachments between Perrin Larton, a procurement manager for ABR, and research veterinary medical officer Dr. Kristina Howard of the FDA.
We received the records through a March 2019 FOIA lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, of which the FDA is a part (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department Health and Human Services (No. 1:19-cv-00876)).
Our lawsuit asks for all contracts and related documentation on disbursement of funds, procedural documents and communications between FDA and ABR for the provision of human fetal tissue to be used in humanized mice research. After we successfully opposed the FDA’s redaction of certain information from its records, a federal court ordered HHS to release additional information about its purchases of organs harvested from aborted human fetuses – including “line item prices,” or the price per organ the government paid to ABR. The court also found “there is reason to question” whether the transactions violate federal law barring the sale of fetal organs. Documents previously uncovered in this lawsuit show that the federal government demanded the purchased fetal organs be “fresh and never frozen.”)
The records include an FDA generated contract with ABR, based on a “requisition” it issued on July 27, 2012, for $12,000 worth of “tissue procurement for humanized mice,” which indicates the requisition was for a “non-competitive award.” Although the initial award was for $12,000, the total estimated amount of funds allocated for the requisition was $60,000. Under “Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition,” the FDA writes:
Scientists within the FDA and in the larger field of humanized mouse research have searched extensively over the past several years, and ABR is the only company in the U.S. capable of supplying tissues suitable for HM research. No other company or organization is capable of fulfilling the need.
***
Costs are estimated [for the fetal parts] at $230 per tissue x two tissues per shipment = $460 plus $95 shipping = $555 per shipment. A total of 21 shipments = $11,655.00.
An April 1, 2013, “Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract” form that shows the FDA purchased fetal livers and thymuses from ABR going back to at least October 2012, billing $580 per liver/thymus set, but later paying a unit price of $685.
A January 1, 2013, “Fees for Services Schedule” provided by ABR to the FDA includes:
FETAL CADAVEROUS PROCUREMENT SERVICE FEE
2nd trimester D&E
[Dilation and Evacuation abortion]
(13-24 weeks) per specimen $275
1st trimester aspiration [abortion] (8-12 weeks) per specimen $515
Intact Calvarium [baby’s skull] (8-24 weeks)” per specimen $515
The fees for services schedule also includes “Special Processing/Preservation” of the fetal parts, such as “Tissue ‘Cleaning,’” “Snap freezing,” and “Passive freezing (Dry ice).”
In a September 9, 2014, “Order for Supplies or Services,” the FDA writes regarding a $9,900 order:
The Contractors shall ship 2nd Trimester thymus $325, 2nd Trimester liver $325. Overnight deliver $150 and EFT wire transfer fee $25, for a total per delivery of $825. Total of this contract not to exceed $9,900.00.
As the result of an August 21, 2015, “Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract,” ABR bumped up the price of baby livers and thymuses from $325 each to $340 each.
A “Tissue Acquisition Quote” sent by ABR to Howard on July 5, 2017, provided a quote of $5,440 each to provide 16 sets of second trimester (16-24 weeks) livers and 16 sets of second trimester (16-24 weeks) thymuses at $340 per “sample.” The request for the quote notes that “tissue known to be positive for HIV, HepA, HepB, HepC or chromosomal abnormalities are not acceptable.”
On June 28, 2017, a redacted FDA contract specialist sends Larton at ABR a request for a quote (RFQ) of pricing for human fetal tissue, aged “16-24 weeks,” including a “Statement of Needs”:
The HM [humanized mice] are created by surgical implantations of human tissue into mice that have multiple genetic mutations that block the development of the mouse immune system at a very early stage. The absence of the mouse immune system allows the human tissues to grow and develop into functional human tissues…. In order for the humanization to proceed correctly we need to obtain fetal tissue with a specific set of specialized characteristics.
A May 2018, report from a company named “LABS,” which was employed by ABR to test fetal parts and their mothers for hepatitis and HIV, notes in its “methodology description” that they are approved by the FDA “for living and cadaveric donor screening.”
The records include a recitation of requirements by the FDA for “Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer,” in which ABR must adhere to regulations relating to “Convict Labor” and “Child Labor-Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies.”
On September 24, 2018, the Trump FDA terminated its contract with ABR for human tissue purchases and began an audit of its acquisitions of baby body parts. The records include the FDA’s letter terminating the contract:
Based on the terms and conditions of the Purchase Order as awarded to Advanced Bioscience Resources, Inc. ("ABR") on July 27, 2018, the Government is not sufficiently assured that the human tissue provided to the Government to humanize the immune systems of mice will comply with the prohibitions set forth under 42 U.S.C. § 289g- 2. Furthermore, the Government has concerns with the sufficiency of the sole-source justification. Therefore, pursuant to FAR [Federal Acquisition Regulation] clause 52.213-4(f), the Purchase Order is being terminated effective September 24, 2018.
Here’s some background.
In February 2020, we first uncovered through this lawsuit hundreds of pages of records from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) showing that the agency paid thousands of dollars to a California-based firm to purchase organs from aborted human fetuses to create “humanized mice” for HIV research.
In May 2021, this lawsuit uncovered FDA records showing the agency spent tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars to buy human fetal tissue from ABR. The tissue was used in creating “humanized mice” to test “biologic drug products.” The records indicated the FDA wanted tissue purchases “Fresh; shipped on wet ice.”
On August 3, 2021, we announced that The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) and Judicial Watch, through a separate lawsuit, received 252 pages of new documents from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that reveal nearly $3 million in federal funds were spent on the University of Pittsburgh’s quest to become a “Tissue Hub” for human fetal tissue ranging from 6 to 42 weeks’ gestation. The Pitt scientists note that, “All fetal tissue is collected through a collaborative process including Family Planning, Obstetrics and Pathology.” Pitt anticipated “being able to harvest and distribute quality tissue and cells … [and] do not anticipate any major problems related to the acquisition and distribution of the tissues.” Pitt’s target goal “is to have available a minimum of 5 cases (tissues and if possible other biologicals) per week of gestational age for ages 6-42 weeks.”
Chopping up aborted human beings for their organs and tissue is a moral and legal outrage. This issue should be front and center in any debate about America’s barbaric abortion industry.

70th Anniversary of D-Day
Many brave men--on all sides-- lost their lives that day on the five beaches of Normandy. It is our duty to remember these men from the Greatest Generation who so bravely, so selflessly waded ashore under a terrifying storm of bullets and cannon fire in order to begin the liberation of France, Belgium and so many other nations. Many of our finest young men failed to return to their families; though their sacrifice will never be forgotten.
Every year I offer a prayer of thanks to these gallant men who paid the ultimate price for our freedom.
As always, my thanks are but few words and feeble; while their sacrifice was extraordinary.
Thank You.

A Judge Overturns A Majority Opinion
In a previous blog (during the whole Proposition 8 debacle), I stated that I think gay marriage is an inevitability in the US. However, I disagreed with the manner in which this struggle was being fought; which is to say that the LGBT community is seeking to force their agenda on everyone rather than allowing time to go about its slow, steady change to the opinions of Americans everywhere.
Now, these five years later, we are seeing almost every day new rulings that tell the majority of Americans that they are wrong and now must accept gay marriage whether they like it or not. Dissenting opinions are quickly quashed by those who claim tolerance, but display none towards anyone who dares speak out.
Anyway, I had to write my dissenting opinion on the local paper's boards. I won't go back and read any comments to my opinion because I know that they will be filled with hateful words, and my beliefs will be reviled and attacked at every turn.
Here's my response:
"Next up...The PC Thought Police will be attacking anyone who has the temerity to even THINK differently than what the gay agenda tells everyone they MUST think. If you disagree, you are hateful, bigoted, prejudiced, blah, blah, blah...
I didn't grow up in Utah; I have know a number of people who are gay, worked well with them, and have no problem with anyone who is gay. However, I personally find the thought of gay marriage to be morally repugnant. I will never agree that gay marriage is a civil right, and that the laws and interpretations regarding such have been twisted and skewed to create a hostile environment towards anyone who disagrees with the LGBT position on the matter. Our lawmakers, corporate leaders and local leaders are being relentlessly, viciously attacked and cowed into positions of acquiescence to make it appear that all Americans view gay marriage with open arms.
This is a great lie that the majority of Americans fail to speak out against for fear of being called names and labeled with terms that most gays don't even understand, but which help them to belittle anyone who dares have an opinion contrary to what they are telling everyone else that they should believe. This incredibly vocal minority is dictating to a vast majority of Americans how to think, and in doing so, are stripping our populace of their freedom of speech on this matter. There is no open dialogue; no differing of opinion. In this matter, there is ONLY the opinion that the LBGT community dictates. Anyone who thinks otherwise is hateful, bigoted, prejudiced, blah, blah, blah..."

Violating Bolivia's Sovereign Rights
When I read this I immediately responded with the following:
"A Head of State's plane was searched?
What happened to Diplomatic protocols? How would the US Govt respond if a nation decided to search Air Force One on suspicion of espionage or whatever else? There would be outrage! It would be a major international incident. But because it is just the President of Bolivia, it's OK? Seriously?!
How is searching the plane of a Nation's President any different? Protocols were breached, basic respect of a Head of state was missing, the Sovereign rights of Bolivia were violated, and the commenters on here can only make fun of Bolivia and condemn Snowden. President Obama went way beyond his Office by seemingly strong-arming other governments into joining this witch hunt and ignoring the sovereign rights of another country.
How does Congress stand by and watch this abuse of power and not say a word?
I just don't get it."
I posted that commentary earlier this morning and hours later, there isn't a single comment to what I wrote. How can people fail to understand what happened today? If I were the Bolivian Ambassador to the United Nations, I'd be throwing a fit to any other Ambassadors who would listen. This breach of Sovereign rights is outrageous! President Obama has gone too far in his ridiculous quest to "bring to justice" the man who revealed to the American people that they were being implicitly spied on by order of the current Administration.
I am appalled that Congress says or does nothing to reign in this President from his constant abuse of Constitutional protections and international law, let alone international diplomatic protocol.
We have no right to violate the sovereign rights of any other nation. The President has numerous diplomatic tools at his disposal in order to find and detain Snowden. Strong-arming other nations to commit unlawful searches definitely isn't one of them.

The "Offensive" US Flag???!
The hospital, seemingly desperate to conform to a single complaint, didn't even wait to inform the supervisor--they went into her office, took the flag down, rolled it up (not folding it as stipulated by regulation), and left it on the floor of her office (a complete disrespect of the flag)! The reason? Because a female employee, who is an immigrant of fourteen years, decided that the display of Old Glory was offensive!
What the FRACK??!!!
This one completely boggles my mind! I cannot even begin to comprehend how this woman could possibly be offended by the universally recognized symbol of these United States of America--the country she immigrated to; the country she lives in; the country that gives her the freedom to live her life in any way she chooses. I just don't get it.
We, as a people, should be up in arms over this one. It's not as if we're talking religion, bibles in the classroom, homosexual equality, animal rights, or anything of the sort. This is about a single person deciding they were offended by the flag of their chosen country, and about the whoosie hospital administrators who actually agreed with the complaint enough to disrespect the flag by not only rolling it up, but also by leaving it on the ground.
PC-ness run amok is an understatement here. The Administrators should lose their jobs, and the complainant should get over herself. The supervisors personal rights were trampled on. She deserves praise for showing her patriotism--not vilification. This whole thing stinks a stink so intense that even the ACLU would be crying for mercy.
I am proud of the history of the United States! I am proud of my Citizenship! I am proud to see our Flag and all that it represents. I say, God Bless the United States of America!!!

Misplaced Anger
On November Fourth of this year, the Voters of California passed (endorsed) a State Constitutional Amendment which strictly defined marriage as between one man and one woman. That's it. There was nothing about trampling civil rights, discriminatory endorsement, homophobic prevarications, etc. The amendment very simply states that a recognized marriage was between a man and a woman.
Instead of taking the defeat in stride and planning a new approach which might steer them towards acceptance, the gay community decided that they would stomp their feet and act like little children who didn't get their way. They started throwing a collective temper tantrum. They looked to blame everybody and everything for the defeat, and began inciting the very things which they themselves are fighting against--hate, violence, misinformation, disinformation, intolerance, bigotry, prejudice, etc.
While not everyone in the gay community participated in these events, nor did they endorse them, the fact is that calls for tolerance and peace were ignored by a majority of their community in favor of slander, bigoted rhetoric, verbal and written vilification against those who choose to feel differently, verbal and written harassment, physical harassment, defacement of places of worship, etc. Where is the "tolerance" the gay community so desperately advocates? Where is the love they espouse and have forced others to recognize? Where is the respect for the democratic process which they have been properly using to make the changes they seek?
Yes, the failure of proposition 8 was a stinging blow to those who seek equality. But to react to the defeat with the very hate they have been fighting against will do nothing but impair the gay communities' ability to finally achieve the acceptance they seek.
Additionally, two things rankle me about this whole thing. First, critics of the defeat rail on about how the Mormon Church took away their rights. What the #@&%!!!
This disinformation is pathetic at best. The Mormon Church did no such thing. The Church Leadership asked its members in California to donate time and money to defeating the measure. As far as I am aware, the Church itself donated NOTHING to that end.
However, a grass-roots effort by church members throughout the state of California heeded that call, donating many personal hours, and millions of California dollars to see that Proposition 8 was passed. Why? Because these registered California voters feel strongly in the millenia old tradition of marriage as between a man and a woman. Plain, and very simple. Beyond Church leadership saying, We'd like you to get involved in this issue, they played no role. Again, only registered voters in the State of California took an active role, as is their Federally Constitutionally mandated right to do so.
Members of the gay community completely misrepresent the facts regarding the involvement of the Mormon Church, choosing instead to spread the disinformation of lies, hate, claims of homophobia, etc, and turned the heart of Proposition 8 from one of a simple definition to one of an attack of civil rights against gays.
Wow. That just boggles my mind. But again, the worst part of this is the very hate they are fighting they are themselves using as a tool against anyone who voted against their wishes.
I've got news for you folks. This is nothing but hypocritical, and will only lead to more adversity in your fight. You used the democratic process and lost. So what? Do it again, and again, and again until you DO win.
Secondly, the national media is jumping on the bandwagon of this wave of hate and intolerance against the "terrible" heterosexual voters and the Mormon Church (and anyone else who supported passage of Proposition 8). Instead of using the proper journalistic morals and writing fair, balanced stories, the media (print, tv, radio, internet, etc) are acting like little sheep and following the shepherd (in this case, the gay community) along the trail like little obedient sheep.
They concentrate on telling the nation (and the world) what a terrible thing the passage of Proposition 8 is, and that some 18,000 "couples" are now denied their rights and freedoms, is irresponsible at best.
Where is the media outcry for those whose businesses and lives have been targets of hate because they chose to participate in the democratic process and voted with their conscience?
Where has the media spoken out against the defacement of sacred religious properties, which acts should clearly be labeled as religious intolerance and hate crimes?
I read report after report about how "wronged" the gays are. But not once have I read any opinion or perspective on why the majority of California voters stated that marriage is between a man and a woman. No one has asked them. Why? Why is THEIR opinion unimportant? Why is their viewpoint irrelevant?
Why is the media NOT vilifying those who are acting hatefully against the proponents of Proposition 8? Why are they defending those who would strip the Constitutional rights of the citizens of California that had the audacity to vote in favor of the definition?
This whole thing is beyond unconscionable. It shows me that this nation is on a VERY slippery slope which, if allowed to continue, will eventually lead to the stripping away of rights, and the establishment of religious intolerance and bigotry. How can we, as a people, allow this to happen? How can the media (as a whole) perpetuate this problem by condoning irresponsible journalism and allowing themselves to be manipulated by a small group, turning a simple wording into a national tragedy?
Personally, I think that the approval of gay marriage is an inevitability. In the mean time, why do those who fight for it spread the same hate and fear that they themselves have battled all their lives for? Why must they wrongly target individuals, business and religions that don't agree with with the choices of a small minority?
The United States of America was founded as a refuge; as a place where differing viewpoints could live side by side; as a place where people could speak their minds and vote their conscience without fear of intimidation or retribution.
It would seem that the gay community would, in their fight for acceptance and equality, turn their backs on the history which has given them the ability to speak out and defend that what they hold dear. They are even now inciting the very same intimidation and retribution which the Founding Fathers sought to eliminate with the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence.
Yes, we are on a VERY, VERY slippery slope, and are quickly approaching the edge of the proverbial cliff. What will happen now? Will we fall? Or will we survive?

The Obesity Scapegoats
As has gotten popular over the same twenty years, the average American is looking for a scapegoat to blame for their gluttony, or at the very least, their poor dietary choices. Lawyers have been entrenched here or there, going after this or that industry. People are actually suing restaurants like McDonalds for making them fat.
The basic problem here is what I have already alluded to...people looking for a scapegoat. Rather than facing the REAL issue, consumers are turning to a less painful path--that of blame. It's so easy to blame this or that. It's convenient to label people into easily identifiable demographic groups so as to squarely place blame here or there.
My problem with all of this is (or should be, at least) highly apparent: Where is the PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY in this entire argument? No one made the Average American eat an endless list of foods at a particular restaurant. No one told them to chow down thousands of grams of saturated fat every day. These people ACTUALLY CHOSE to take in the foods they ate. Their very own personal choices led to their historic weight gains.
Sure the advertising of various foods blitzes everyone day after day. The smells can be almost intoxicating. But the real issue here is still personal choice. Yet, the government, lawyers, and [a large] number of individuals are trying (and succeeding) to blame the fast food industry for the extraordinary weight problem besetting this country.
(A little soap boxing here) I've got news for everyone who falls in this category...YOU MADE THE CHOICES THAT LED TO YOUR WEIGHT! NO ONE ELSE ATE THAT FOOD FOR YOU! NO ONE DEMANDED YOU INGEST ALL THAT FAT, AND ALL THOSE CALORIES! YOU CHOSE TO PUT THESE THINGS IN YOUR BODY, SO STOP BLAMING OTHERS FOR YOUR CHOICES!!!
Do you see my point? People are simply looking for excuses to justify the choices they made which led to the weight gain and subsequent health related issues. Personal accountability is completely lost. When we teach children as they grow, they learn the natural consequences of poor decisions. As adults, those same children are learning that they don't have to be held responsible for choosing things which are a detriment to themselves.
It's far easier to place blame and go after a monetary award than it is to take a good look at yourself and admit that you haven't made the best choices when it comes to food. Personally, I think its a very sad statement about us as individuals, that we are allowing others to pay (both literally and figuratively) for the choices we have been making all along; for allowing others to pay for our mistakes and poor judgement.

Saying exactly what they need in order to get elected, the Jack Ass party pulls the ol' snake charmer's move at their earliest opportunity, and screws a gullible public out of $200M...again.
They continue to show the country that Republican campaign promises are nothing more than illusions and ruses utilized to swell public sentiment into a tide for change that, in reality, is nothing more than a continued ebb and flow of greed, deceit, power grabbing and lies that only strengthen a supposedly dead spoils system that is stronger than at any point in history.
Liars...Jack Asses.
And the voters of the United States can only blame themselves for the continuing degradation of of the political landscape because the voters continue to fall under the spell of these snake charmers who openly parade as true champions of the will if the people; yet who, over the course of the last 16 years, show time and again their true colors as the master public manipulators they truly are.
"Elect meeee. I'm a Republican. I care about you. I'll crush those sinful democratsss and lead thisss country to greatnessss. Elect meeee...blah, blah, blah..."
Until the voters wake up and refuse the charms of the Republican party, nothing in Congress will change for the better, and the widening chasm of political ideology will grow ever further away from the middle.
In the meantime, earmarks will drain the Treasury and the relentless Republican propaganda attacks will continue unabated; Corporations will gain ever-increasing control of Congress [and other positions of political power], and the HeeHaw party will relentlessly blame all the woes of our once great country on the Democratic party; thereby hypocritizing themselves even further.
What a bunch of Liars and Jack Asses."
