CA State Officials Conspire With Big Tech to Sway 2020 Presidential Election

 From Governmental Watchdog group Judicial Watch comes ANOTHER bombshell revelation about a vast conspiracy to sway voters in the 2020 Presidential Election Cycle. Please read this latest info:

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today that it received 540 pages and a supplemental four pages of documents from the office of the Secretary of State of California revealing how state officials pressured social media companies (Twitter, Facebook, Google (YouTube)) to censor posts about the 2020 election. Included in these documents were “misinformation briefings” emails that were compiled by communications firm SKDK, that lists Biden for President as their top client of 2020. The documents show how the state agency successfully pressured YouTube to censor a Judicial Watch video concerning the vote by mail and a Judicial Watch lawsuit settlement about California voter roll clean up.

The records were obtained in response to Judicial Watch’s California Public Records Act (CPRA) requests to the Office of the California Secretary of State for records related to the Office of Election Cybersecurity’s database of social media posts; communications with social media companies; and other social media related records regarding the 2020 elections. Judicial Watch filed the requests after a December 2020 report surfaced that the state agency was surveilling, tracking, and seeking to censor the speech of Americans:

The Office of Election Cybersecurity in the California Secretary of State’s office monitored and tracked social media posts, decided if they were misinformation, stored the posts in an internal database coded by threat level, and on 31 different occasions requested posts be removed. In 24 cases, the social media companies agreed and either took down the posts or flagged them as misinformation, according to Jenna Dresner, senior public information officer for the Office of Election Cybersecurity.

“We don’t take down posts, that is not our role to play,” Dresner said. “We alert potential sources of misinformation to the social media companies and we let them make that call based on community standards they created.” 

On September 24, 2020, a California Secretary of State chartlists a video from Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton and falsely alleges: 

Head of conservative group Judicial Watch Hosts video alleging Democrats benefit from incorrect voter rolls and ballot collection.

The Secretary of State’s office details its communication with YouTube: “We wanted to flag this YouTube video because it misleads community members about elections or other civic processes and misrepresents the safety and security of mail-in ballots.” The chart quotes Fitton describing Judicial Watch’s statement about its federal lawsuit settlement with Los Angeles County that will require it to clean up voter rolls and how a Michigan court “changed the rules” on ballot deadlines and ballot harvesting. (The controversial decision was overturned in October 2020.)

The document shows that California state officials contacted YouTube directly to remove the video on September 24, 2020, and that YouTube seemed to respond by deleting the video on September 27, 2020.

On September 11, 2020, outside consultant Zeke Sandoval, of the SKDK communications firm, provides the Secretary of State’s Office a “Misinformation Daily Briefing,” which again targets Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton:

Trump tweeted, “The big Unsolicited Ballot States should give it up NOW, before it is too late, and ask people to go to the Polling Booths and, like always before, VOTE. Otherwise, MAYHEM!!! Solicited Ballots (absentee) are OK,” and Twitter was quick to fact check and shared a link with info about how voting by mail is safe and secure. Viral reply on Twitter from Tom Fitton asserting, “Mailing 51 million ballots to those who haven’t asked for increases risk of voter fraud and voter intimidation!”

A 30-page “Misinformation Tracking Sheet” lists social media posts that the office disagrees with and has asked social media companies to remove.

In an internal email on January 12, 2021, Deputy Secretary of State and Chief Communications Officer Paula Valle emails Chief Counsel Steve Reyes and Jenna Dresner in the Office of Cybersecurity, as well as Press Secretary Sam Mahood stating that she is uncomfortable with CalMattersreporter Fred Brewster’s questions about the office’s tracking and censoring efforts:

Hi Steve – Please see below – the reporter at Cal Matters who PRA’d us is doing a follow-up story. We asked him to send us his questions. I am not necessarily comfortable with his line of questions and the additional doors that this will open. I want to get your feedback I would simply like to give him a statement about what our goal is and leave it at that. Thoughts?

Brewster’s questions, which include concerns from citizens who were targeted by the “Misinformation Tracker,” were sent on January 12, 2021:

I reached out to the users on page 7 and page 21 of the Misinformation Tracker request I received. Both individuals wanted to know how their posts ended up being labeled misinformation and how, given their relatively small following, they came to the attention of the Office of Election Cybersecurity?

Another user named “DC O’Bryan” had his post taken down (page 5 of the Misinformation Tracker). In an email, you highlight a report sent to the state that says, “I don’t know if this is hot air meant to provoke. If it is, a call from an official might get the point across that you don’t joke about election fraud.” Was O’Bryan called to confirm that his post was a joke?

How does the Office of Election Cybersecurity differentiate between parody and satire and misinformation?

Did CISA, Facebook, or any other partners provide guidance on how to spot and define misinformation? If someone has their posts in the Misinformation Tracker, are there plans to contact those individuals and is there a way for them to petition the state to delete them?

The Secretary of State’s Office emails Facebook and Twitter on April 25,2019, with requests from the Office to remove tweets and posts for what they have labeled “misinformation.”

The office emails Facebook, attempting to set up a call to discuss removing future posts. This 15-minute call is with “new Facebook contact for social media reporting: Javier Hernandez, Politics & Government Outreach” in order to discuss how the office will report posts to Facebook. In the email, Facebook outlines its goals to directly work with “electoral authorities in every state” so that they can “report instances of voter suppression on Facebook directly to our team, so [Facebook] can look at them quickly and remove them from the site.”

On December 31, 2019, after the Secretary of State’s office reports a tweet to Support@Twitter.com, Kevin Kane, a Twitter representative, replies and offers his direct contact for the Office’s future needs in removing posts.  

In a September 21, 2020, email chain with the subject line “elections issue,” Jenna Dresner in the Secretary of State’s Office of Cybersecurity writes to “Cristina and team” at Facebook at 11:43 a.m.: “We want to flag this Instagram post.”

The reply comes from Facebook Community Operations: “Thank you for your report. We have reviewed the … content and can confirm that the content has been removed …” At 12:53 pm. Dresner writes to Press Secretary Sam Mahood, Social Media Coordinator Akilah Jones and others, “Post from this morning was removed (and fast!) Akilah we can update tracker.”

 In an October 28, 2020, email, Jones writes to Flores at Facebook and CCs Dresner that a post, which was from a user named @Screenplaywale, “voters are being asked to gerrymander and voter suppress their ‘trump supporting father’s ballots.’”

In an email chain on September 14, 2020, titled “Election Issue” the office internally complains about how long it takes Facebook to remove a post and how to speed up this process. 

Mahood writes to Dresner: “It looks like it took Facebook 2 weeks to respond to Chris. This is way too long, we should raise to FB and make sure we know best method to report posts.” Dresner responds: “Sure – I’m 98% sure this is the one you chased with an email directly to our FB contacts which resulted in it taken down that day. I can confirm that process works for the future?”

On August 22, 2019, Maria Benson, director of communications for the National Association of Secretaries of State emails the communications directors for Secretaries of State offices that Twitter confirmed that they streamlined their process for government officials to report “misinformation:”

Great news—Twitter is now on-boarding states into their mis/disinformation partner support portal! Once on-boarded, you will be able to directly report mis/disinformation instead of having to submit it to me first….” [Emphasis in original]

Benson also gives contact information for Facebook and Google complaints, and says: “If any of the items you reported do not get prompt attention, please let me know and I can also reach out the companies.”

On September 24, 2019, The California Secretary of State’s office confirms that it plans to participate in Facebook’s “misinformation” training which is a review from Facebook on “monitoring guidelines for reporting misinformation” and teaches participants how to use the direct reporting channel Facebook opened for them.

On October 1, 2020, Benson forwards information from Twitter about their training to directly remove posts they label as misinformation to the Secretary of State’s office. This is described by Twitter as: “training on creative and effective content strategies on Twitter in advance of the U.S. Election,” as well as “onboarding state and local election officials onto Twitter’s Partner Support Portal.” This portal is described as, “a dedicated way for critical stakeholders – like you – to flag concerns directly to Twitter.”

“These new documents suggest a conspiracy against the First Amendment rights of Americans by the California Secretary of State, the Biden campaign operation, and Big Tech,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “These documents blow up the big lie that Big Tech censorship is ‘private’ – as the documents show collusion between a whole group of government officials in multiple states to suppress speech about election controversies.”

CNN Director Shown on Undercover Video Boasting About Removing Trump From Office, and Admitting to Spreading Propaganda

"A CNN staffer can be seen in a newly released undercover video calling out his own network for “propaganda” and boasting that the cable news giant successfully removed former President Donald Trump from office.

"Look at what we did, we got Trump out," Charles Chester, a network technical director at CNN, said to an undercover journalist from the political action group Project Veritas in a tape released Tuesday. "I am 100% going to say it. And I 100% believe it that if it wasn't for CNN, I don't know that Trump would have got voted out."

Chester spoke to the undercover reporter in several clips in which he bragged that he was “one step down” from a director and admitted that the network pushed a story it “didn’t know anything about” relating to Trump’s physical health in order to damage him.

"Trump was, I don't know, like, shaking his hand or whatever ... We brought in, like, so many medical people to like all tell a story that, like, it was all speculation that he was, like, neurologically damaged, that he was losing it, he's unfit to, you know, whatever," Chester said. "We were creating a story that we didn't know anything about."

Chester added that the network did what it could to paint President Joe Biden as young and healthy to combat criticisms of his old age and possibly declining mental facilities.

“We would always show shots of him jogging ... him in his aviator shades, and, like, you paint him as a young geriatric," Chester said.

Chester’s online profile on LinkedIn, which has been taken down, said his work "played an integral part" in the 2020 presidential election.

Chester also admitted that CNN was engaged in propaganda in the way it has been criticizing firebrand Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz, who faces allegations of sexual impropriety with a 17-year-old, allegations he has vehemently denied.

“If the agenda, say, is to get Matt Gaetz right now, he’s, like, this Republican,” Chester said in response to a question from the undercover journalist on how he defines propaganda. “He’s a problem for the Democratic Party ... So we’re going to keep running these stories to keep hurting him. That’s propaganda because it’s helping CNN in some way.”

Gaetz responded to the news on Twitter simply saying, “OMG!”

Now that Trump has been removed from office, Chester says the network will move on to pushing climate change and asked if that meant the network would try to scare viewers with gloomy climate warnings, Chester said, “Yeah. Fear sells.”

CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Washington Examiner regarding the controversy or Chester’s current status with the network."

The author of the [Time Magazine] article can spin it, rewrite certain words or slant the story any way she likes; but ultimately, it comes down to a coordinated effort to unduly and illegally influence not just the outcome of the election, but the systematic campaign of misinformation, disinformation and flat out omission of facts that steered a majority of American voters towards one choice, rather than laying out all facts on both candidates (and in Congressional races too, I'm sure), then just letting the voters decide. The 2020 Election was in no way either free, or fair.

 Bin Laden's Niece: "'Trump is the Man of the Hour Who  Can Defend Western Values and Freedom'

The niece of Osama Bin Laden, Noor Bin Ladin, said that President Donald Trump is “the man of the hour” who can lead people in the right direction at this “crucial moment.”

“We really are at a crucial moment in time, it’s the tipping point, and Western civilization hangs in the balance. And for me, President Trump is the man of the hour that can keep us on the right direction towards preserving our Western values and our Western ideals and our way of life and our freedoms,” Noor told Patrick Bet-David, author and Founder of Valuetainment Media, on Nov. 18.

Noor said she was astounded that many world leaders, mainstream media, politicians, and former presidents congratulated Democratic candidate Joe Biden, “pushing this narrative” that he is the legitimate winner.

Noor thinks some of those who believe Biden won don’t know the U.S. Constitution and election process, and that many of them are being misled by the mainstream media.

Osama bin Laden’s half brother, Yeslam bin Ladin, married Swiss writer Carmen Dufour. Noor, the youngest of their 3 daughters, grew up in Switzerland.

“Since 1967, it’s just been conflict after conflict and bloodshed after bloodshed, and President Trump comes in and he was able to bring all these people together at the table to strike peace agreements,” Noor said, praising Trump’s Middle East achievements.

Noor cited a long list of Trump’s achievements in his first 4 years of presidency, saying she understands why over 70 million American people would want 4 more years for Trump. “I am not American, and I want 4 more years too,” Noor said.

Noor says she doesn’t believe the number of votes that reportedly went to Biden.

“How are we supposed to believe that a man who was hiding in his basement for the whole year who could barely gather 50 people at rallies … compared to the images of these MAGA rallies that happened all across the country with floods of Trump supporters,” she questioned.

As cases of voter fraud and evidence continue to grow, Noor said that lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell are doing an “incredible job” and “fighting so hard to preserve American and its democracy.”

Noor said many numbers and practices “don’t add up,” mentioning Republican observers being expelled, sworn affidavits alleging ballots tampering, and concerns over the reliability of voting systems like Dominion. “It smells really bad,” Noor said.

Noor thinks both parties should want to investigate to find the truth, but that Democrats seem to want to “just ram this train through on the tracks.”

Noor said Democrats have been working hard to “question the legitimacy” of Trump’s presidency in the past 4 years, but now they won’t “give the courtesy to American voters” to look into the alleged fraud, adding “the hypocrisy is quite sickening. ”

Almost 10 Percent of Biden Voters in Key States             Wouldn't Have Voter for Him Had They Known About       Hunter Biden's Dealings: Survey

"A segment of voters in seven battleground states who backed former Vice President Joe Biden said they wouldn’t have voted for him had they known about major stories that were ignored by the national news media, according to a survey made public on Nov. 24.

Knowing about allegations involving Biden’s son Hunter’s dealings with officials and firms in China, Ukraine, and Russia would have prompted 9.4 percent of those surveyed to change their vote, according to the survey (pdf) of 1,750 Biden voters in Nevada, Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Michigan.

Had voters known about sexual assault allegations raised against Biden by a former Senate aide, 8.9 percent of the respondents would have changed their vote, according to the survey, which was conducted by The Polling Co. and has a plus or minus 2.6 percentage point margin of error.

“The national news media stole this election, as far as I’m concerned, they deliberately stole it from President Trump,” Media Research Center President Brent Bozell said at a news conference in releasing the survey results. “It is absolutely unequivocal, it cost Donald Trump the election.”

Bozell said the purpose of the survey was to determine if media bias against President Donald Trump and for Biden affected the Nov. 3 election in the most important states. Bozell’s organization has documented media bias for more than 30 years.

Subtracting the votes of respondents who said they would have changed their decision from Biden’s total in the seven states would have pushed Trump to 311 electoral votes, more than enough to reelect him, according to the survey.

The eight major stories that were censored by the national media, according to Bozell, included these:

• Hunter Biden’s financial dealings with foreign countries and individuals, including China, Russia, and Ukraine.
• Third-quarter annualized Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth of 33.1 percent–the highest quarterly rate of growth ever.
• The creation of more than 11 million new jobs between May and September 2020.
• The negotiation of multiple peace agreements between Arab nations and Israel and the subsequent Nobel Peace Prize nominations for Trump.
• The sexual assault accusation by Tara Reade against Joe Biden from the 1990s.
• Sen. Kamala Harris having the most liberal voting record in the U.S. Senate, even to the left of Sen. Bernie Sanders.
• The $10 billion “Warp Speed” effort launched by Trump to expedite the development and production of CCP virus treatments and vaccines. The CCP virus is commonly known as the novel coronavirus.
• The United States achieving energy independence under Trump.

Each survey respondent was asked about each story, was then given specific details about them, and asked if the new information would have changed how they voted in the presidential race.

From one-third to more than one-half of the Biden voters said they hadn’t heard about at least one of the eight stories prior to the Nov. 3 election, with, for example, 25.3 percent claiming no knowledge of Harris’s Senate voting record and 50.5 percent who were unaware the United States had achieved energy independence under Trump.

Almost half, 45.1 percent of the respondents, said they heard or read nothing reported in the national media about the Hunter Biden scandal prior to Nov. 3 and 35.4 percent didn’t know about Reade’s accusations against the former vice president.

Biden’s son, Hunter, has no experience in the energy industry but was paid more than $50,000 a month in consulting fees by a Ukrainian energy firm while his father oversaw U.S. policy toward the Eastern European nation.

In addition, a firm in which Hunter Biden was a principal received a $1.5 billion investment from a bank controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.

Reade was an aide to Biden when he was in the U.S. Senate during the 1990s. She said in 2019 that Biden forced himself on her sexually while she worked on his staff.

Both Bidens have denied any wrongdoing.

The results of the survey are likely to fuel the post-election controversy over allegations of vote fraud and manipulation that benefitted Biden in the seven states.

Trump is challenging the results in several of the states and has vowed that he and his legal team “are moving full speed ahead. Will never concede to fake ballots & ‘Dominion.’”

The president was referring to hundreds of thousands of questionable mail-in ballots, and to allegations by attorney Sidney Powell that computer software produced by Dominion Voting Systems and used in 27 states was designed to be able to change vote totals."
